I really appreciated the excellent entry and good sportsmanship here today. There were some very smart youngsters but the older generation acquitted themselves well too. My thanks to the members of The Keeshond Club for your kindness and hospitality.
Dogs
Minor Puppy
1 Eggleston’s Kichigai’s Only the Lonely with Ricara. A smart well-made youngster of good balance and type. Attractive head and expression, clearly defined spectacles, almond shaped dark eye. Well bodied for age with good topline and tailset. Slightly smutty hocks but coat texture is good and his movement both up and down was pleasing. Shows and presented to best advantage.
2 Miles, Dean & Isles’ Neradmik Kiss Chase with Lekkerbek. Not quite the composure and assurance of the winner but a nice quality youngster, good head proportions, moderately long neck and good body which is well ribbed back with a high set, well plumed tail. Good coat texture.
Puppy
1 Andrews’ Neradmik Daddy Dear with Maldine. Stood alone here but he beat some lovely youngsters to win BPIS. Good head proportions with fairly neat well shaped ears. Dark, almond eye. Good neck and shoulders, sturdy well ribbed body with high set tail. Sound mover and particularly pleasing in profile with a light brisk action. In good coat and condition.
Junior
1 Bennett’s Byquy Rich Gent. Well balanced with a lovely square outline, good flat skull, neat ears and well defined spectacles. Good body and rib. Well carried tail. Pleasing feet. Very good both up and down and in profile he has a very fluid easy action.

Very appealing head and expression with dark almond eye, small velvety ears, clearly marked spectacles. Moderate angulation both front and rear. Good depth and breadth of chest. Well ribbed back. Sound and typical on the move. A most attractive exhibit.
2 Waller’s Brykin Big Chief. A mature well-made dog, pleasing to handle with his sturdy well ribbed body and strong short loin. Profuse harsh coat. Clean hocks and forelegs. Good bone and decent feet.
