The Judges Critique

I would like to thank the committee of The Keeshond Club UK ,for giving me the pleasure of judging their Championship Show on the 15th of april 2018, at the Kennel Club building Stoneleigh Warwickshire  United Kingdom,I would also like to thank the exhibitors for the large entry I received and the warm welcome.Thanks to my two great stewards Leigh and Sharon they made my job so easy, keeping everything running so smoothly ,My only concern about the breed is back movement needs to be watched , also some were a bit long.

JD (1)  1st Jenssen’s Quasars Briliant Light Van Het Earlskamp, 16 Months, lovely head  Small ears ,dark eyes,Good stop,Good reach of neck lovely colour,  Good topline Very compact , moved well for his handler,

LD (6) 1st Miles Neradmik Kiss Chase with Lekkerbek, Loved  this dog from the moment he walked in the ring ,,Right bite , Good reach of neck, level top line,  High tail set, Good depth of Chest , Good angulation,Groomed to perfection, Good colour, Showed well , He was my CC winner and Res Best in Show ,2nd Matthews Szaryk Dutch  Bargemaster with Valindale, Lovely dog Like his head,Good stop  Strong Jaw, Nice small ears, good dark eyes,would like more reach of neck level topline ,High Tail set  Good angulation, Between Coats at the moment, A bit hiper on the move but showed well when he settled, 3rd Newman’s Leazehond Lightning Bolt.

OD (4) 1st Bennett’s Byquy Rich Gent, Good head, Nice dark eye, Compact body, Good topline ,Compact, Good reach of neck. 2nd Miles Ch Neradmik Family Affair with Lekkerbek ,Nice dog,  Lovely head,  Well set ears. Good stop, Good topline, Moved well, would like a darker saddle,3rd Hickson’s Kichigai’s Only The Lonely,
